STRENGTHENING INSTITUTIONAL COURAGE
Clarity
IN TIMES OF COMPLEXITY
Mountain Top Vision partners with leaders to strengthen institutional courage and navigate complexity with clarity, integrity, and impact.
Mountain Top Vision helps leaders make principled decisions when the stakes are high. Our work spans cultural institutions, nonprofit organizations, national networks, and mission-driven organizations navigating contested environments. Through strategic advising, facilitated dialogue, and institutional alignment work, we help organizations move from uncertainty to clarity—and from values to action. Our work strengthens the courage and coherence institutions need to lead with integrity.
Hi, I’m
Dina
I believe the decisions institutions make matter. Especially in moments of tension or uncertainty, those decisions shape organizations and the communities they serve. Courageous leadership requires clarity—about values, risk, and responsibility. It also requires the willingness to meet complexity with honesty and intention. Curiosity and empathy are powerful foundations for meaningful change. When paired with alignment and action, they enable institutions to reflect, decide, and follow through with integrity.
