Mountain Top Vision generates systemic change within organizations so that they can more positively impact their communities and, so, impact the world.

Using a unique approach that combines research in empathy, bias, diversity, equity, and inclusion with strategies and techniques from the fields of anthropology and transitional justice, Mountain Top Vision specializes in supporting organizations as they transform themselves into places that consistently center inclusion in decision-making and action.

I believe that change happens when individuals and groups center themselves at the intersection of curiosity, dialogue, reflection, empathy, and action. That point of intersection is relevance. In order to see ourselves and others clearly, each of us must become more self- aware, more nuanced in thinking about truth and memory, and more open to meeting people where they are. I place a strong emphasis on action and accountability.
